The title of the exhibition, EBER, refers to the concept of “transit” or “passage”, a key word in the interpretation of the exhibition and the development of its theme. The works on display are part of the project “Waiting for Angels”, an artistic journey that intertwines painting, sculpture, and installation, deriving from Jacob’s dream, a symbol of the passage between earth and heaven, between the human and the divine.
The exhibition revolves around the element of stone, understood as an imperfect yet transformable material, a guardian of a spiritual memory to which man aspires. Through the depiction of ladders rising from the earth toward the sky, Serasini suggests an evolutionary path that moves from raw material to an ideal form, represented by the polygon, emblem of Platonic perfection.
Marco Ricci del Mastro’s sound installation completes the visual dialogue with an acoustic narrative. Using sounds recorded from water flowing over a bed of stones, the artist develops an electronic composition that translates the time and breath of matter into music. The result is an immersive experience that invites deep listening and reconnection with natural rhythms, often forgotten in the frenzy of daily life.
The EBER exhibition aims to be a symbolic and sensory journey through memory, spirituality, and transformation, offering the public an intense reflection on the concept of passage – physical, inner, and universal.

Il titolo della mostra, EBER, rimanda al concetto di “transito” o “passaggio”, parola chiave nella lettura della mostra e dello sviluppo della sua tematica.
Le opere in esposizione fanno parte del progetto “Waiting for Angels”, un percorso artistico che intreccia pittura, scultura e installazione, e che trae origine dal sogno di Giacobbe, simbolo di passaggio tra terra e cielo, tra umano e divino.
La mostra si sviluppa attorno all’elemento della pietra, intesa come materia imperfetta ma trasformabile, custode di una memoria spirituale a cui l’uomo aspira. Attraverso la rappresentazione di scale che si innalzano dalla terra verso il cielo, Serasini suggerisce un percorso evolutivo che va dalla materia grezza verso una forma ideale, rappresentata dal poligono, emblema di perfezione platonica.
L’installazione sonora di Marco Ricci del Mastro completa il dialogo visivo con una narrazione acustica. Utilizzando suoni registrati dall’acqua che scorre su un letto di pietre, l’artista elabora una composizione elettronica che traduce il tempo e il respiro della materia in musica. Il risultato è un’esperienza immersiva che invita all’ascolto profondo e alla riconnessione con ritmi naturali, spesso dimenticati nella frenesia della vita quotidiana.
La mostra EBER si propone come un viaggio simbolico e sensoriale attraverso memoria, spiritualità e trasformazione, offrendo al pubblico una riflessione intensa sul concetto di passaggio – fisico, interiore e universale.
